I love this place! Always fresh and clean. As many customers that go through here on a daily basis and still be consistently fresh, clean and with smiling staff is astounding. The price is a bit high if you're not a huge eater but it all evens out. Love the different soups and would love to try breakfast one, I think they still have it....

Great place to stop in when you are hungry. The selection of fresh healthy food and heartier options always taste great. I especially enjoy the variety of soups they have on a daily basis. It is easy to get seated and the buffet options are kept well stocked. Great place to meet family and friends for an informal meal. Parents and kids are both sure to find something they each like. I really like this place for an affordable healthy meal. As a vegetarian it's not always easy to find something at a good price for my dietary lifestyle. You don't have to feel guilty when you eat because for the most part, everything is healthy and nutritious. The food is fresh and tasty and the restaurant is always clean. You can't really go wrong with soups, salads and some sweet treats.

Everyone was very nice and friendly here! It was my first visit, it is a diy salad bar, but they also have soup pizzas and a dessert bar! I'll totally go back again!

I've been coming to this store for a very long time and have witnessed a very noticeable decline ... not sure if it's management or what. Tonight, my dinner date and I dropped $30 for soup and salad. Well, the salad bar looked beat up ... no prepared salads to greet you, and many of the individual veggies were running bare. Perhaps, you're thinking, they're short staffed. But fear not, the four ladies behind the counter looked quite relaxed and comfortable ... you get the drift. I had some red vegan soup concoction. Not sure the name, but avoid avoid avoid. And the chocolate muffin? Yikes, that's a mistake. On a positive note, the unsweetened ice tea was good ... so phew, not all of my $30 for two plates of veggies went to waste. In the end, I'm saddened by the experience, as salad bars are hard to come by ... I'm not the Golden Corral type (I have all my teeth and a nice smile), so not sure where plan b lands me... but definitely not this store.

I wanted to love this place. Things I liked: Fast Clean Fresh Healthy Soup was awesome! Things I didn't like: Poor variety on the salad bar. You get more options at other places. ZERO MEAT option. I mean come on how about at least ham? Pepperoni? Chicken? Something!!! If you aren't offering a meat option I'd expect to pay $6 for this salad bar not $10. Why no olives? Why no cheese options? (Just shredded cheddar) Pasta dishes were YUCK. Tuna salad pasta that had some miracle whip and hardly any tuna. Potato was so cold it didn't even melt the butter. Why no chives? Why just green onion? Drink options were limited. Why not offer local FRESH juices? Yeah probably not again. Maybe for soup because the soup was amazing too bad not anything else!

Sweet Tomatoes is a great place to stop in and get a variety of healthier items. The salad bar is by far my fav. They always have some premade salads (Caesar and Asian style plus a special one for the week or month.)They also have a wide variety of consistently delicious soups and tasty little breads/muffins. There is also a pasta station but I have never had any of the pastas. This particular location is not my favorite, I prefer the location in Coral Springs or off Universal Blvd in Orlando, but when you want a S.T. fix, and this is basically the closest location to you, I'll take it. They also have some sort of warm (fruit) cobbler and, as always, the final pit stop on the food journey through Sweet Tomatoes is the soft serve station (they have a few toppings too! Chocolate and Carmel syrup, sprinkles, granola, and crushed oreo style cookies). During certain seasons they will swap out one of the standard flavors (chocolate/vanilla) and have strawberry or orange and a few other flavors. I haven't been for breakfast yet, but one day I will have to.

This place is awesome. It's buffet style with fresh salads and soups. A great healthy option if you are watching your weight. The focaccia's are delicious. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. I would definitely recommend any and everyone to try this place!!!

We ran into Sweet Tomatoes last year in Phoenix. It was a hit with us so we have been on the lookout for other stores for a nice lunch. Mrs. and I like light lunch and this salad bar format fits us nicely. This Palm Beach restaurant was well stocked, clean, and good service. We like it!

Love this place! We have nothing like this in Canada. If you want yummy inexpensive healthy all-you-can eat green food, Sweet Tomatoes is the place to go. As you walk in you put together your own salad plate from a salad bar with all the usual ingredients one finds at a veggie place. You, pay, then get seated where you then have access to more great choices of fruity drinks, a variety of teas, and assortment of soups and breads. They have clam chowder, french onion, chicken stew, chili soup just to name a few! There is also a dessert bar that contains a lot of low cal goodies and low fat versions of other traditional desserts. I found the cornbread particularly good. 9 bucks for all you can eat HEALTHY lunch add another 2 for a drink is a phenomenal value!

Disappointing service and selection soured the trip. The food is ok - you know that going in but it took over 10 minutes to pay and then a lot of things were out - mostly desserts but they ran out of unsweet iced tea and chocolate chip cookies. I'm sure they are making more but I expect them to stay on top of things for a 7:00 dinner shift - gorge place is busy but not packed to the rafters.

Great affordable healthy lunch spot. Love making monster salads here. For an inexpensive set price, you can eat as much salad, pasta, soups, breads, pizza, desserts, and much more. My advice: stay away from the hot food and stick to salad. Oh and Ofcourse grab a mini cone of self serve Icecream and load up in the toppings bar!

Didn't know this place existed. So happy I found out about it. It is very clean for a buffet style restaurant. Fresh food for a good price. My son loved it because after he eats he gets ice cream. The soups are delicious and there are several to choose from. This is a good healthier option.

When people hear Florida, and they have family here, this is usually the first place they run too. Sweet tomato has been something my parents and brother's and I had when we were little, and now my girlfriend and our eventual family will continue going here. We usually go to Sweet Tomato once every other week. Why? Its fresh, it's healthy (comparatively). The salad bar is where I actually strive to stick around- rare for a red blooded american who tries to go for high caloric items, the pasta's are great, and the soup options are plenty and dependable. Sweet Tomato, you were with me when I was little, and I'll be going to your locations, long after I've moved, when I come back.

Great salads and soups at an unbeatable lunch price ($8.99). I wish there was one closer to me! They always have a good variety at Sweet Tomatoes so there's basically something for everyone. It's 100% possible to eat healthy here and they do tend to have some sugar free dessert offerings for anyone who prefers that! I got the sugar free strawberry mousse and it was excellent!

All you can eat Salad bar...what more can i say?? nice freshly chopped good variety of vegetables, 7-8 variety of soups to choose from, baked potato with toppings, fresh breads and muffins, fruits, ice cream. All you can eat at $9.99 wow. Of course not all items are low fat low calories. The salad are only low cal if you dont drown it with fat dressings. Avoid the yummy creamy corn chowder with bacon if you have. the will power. They do however offer fat free soups and dressing as well. The space is open and clean. In general, the staff are nice and friendly. Its the only healthy option in the Outlet mall area.

My go-to fave when I just want quick, good, lunch or dinner & just the right amount of dessert. If you are not a vegetarian but have vegetarian friends or family, there will never be a fight when you land here. The price is right and instead of sodas, there are lots of other refreshing beverages you can choose. I don't do soda, so I'm always happy with the strawberry lemonade. You can't miss.

"Sweet Tomatoes"? More like "Sweet Mother of All that is Holy, Healthy and Hella Tasty!" I have been to this location 3 times and every visit is a delight. Don't let the tree-hugging, animal by-product hating name fool you, this sit-down restaurant has an assortment of specialty salads, pizzas, brownies, soups....I am getting hunger pains just typing this. The quality of the ingredients is the best you can get for the price. The wait staff is also very efficient and friendly. They don't get in your way as you charge into carbohydrate battle (so to speak) wielding your mighty fork and napkin shield (tucked delicately into your collar to avoid unnecessary stains in that new V-neck from Express ((aren't you so trendy now)). Visit them and try a little of everything! You won't be disappointed!

Biggest salad bar in town. Great variety of toppings. All you can eat at a reasonable price. Soup bar, potato bar, pasta and breads. Super place for lunch but get their early because everyone thinks so. Less crowded for dinner. If you looking for a healthy place to eat that is relative quick this is the place to go.

Healthy and relatively inexpensive buffet (about $10 per person). Unlimited made-from-scratch soups, tasty salads, pastas, bread, baked potatoes, pizza bread, and desserts. Try the wonton happiness salad!

  • Chris S.

Not amazing but a healthier option than most other lunch places. Although my wife and I both had different dressings and soups it was all bland and tasteless. The chili had no flavor, spices and was watery. The chicken noodle has chunks of noodles and chicken and nothing else. This is a better option than most places but they should have food with some taste.

  • Anthony W.

This place is quite literally 5-star status with their service. The food and service is amazing, and the only gripe I have is that the entrance is shared by the LaQuinta hotel next to them and there was a fender bender blocking our way in :(

Love buffets but hate what they do to your waist size? Fear not, this place is a salad and soup buffet (they also have a few pastas for those carbanarians who simply cannot stay away from carbs). The staff at this particular Sweet Tomato definitely put the "Sweet" in "Sweet Tomato." I frequent this spot at least once a week because I simply cannot get enough of their Asian-inspired sesame salad (it's sooo good, a must have). For people who enjoy making their own salads, the buffet-style nature of the place allows for endless creativity; they have butternut squash, mushrooms, beets, various beans, spinach, onions, pickles, tomatoes, olives...basically, almost everything and anything one could possibly want on a salad. Dessert-wise, they usually have two flavors of soft serve ice cream, brownie popovers, muffins, fruits, chocolate mousse (more like pudding), and this amazing chocolatey lava fudge! They also usually have two types of focacia style pizza slices (rosemary and regular cheese and sauce - both are yummy). I love this place, everything is fresh, the place is clean, and the staff are friendly :)

Worst ever!!! I found a piece of wood from clam chowder... Server was saying that's potato piece, the manager of place was saying that is a peanut.... All i wanted was "sorry, was a mistake n it won't happen again"!!!!!!

I was impressed with Sweet Tomatoes. Everything was fresh, the soups were delicious and my mother and I really enjoyed it. I wish they had the real bacon bits on the salad bar instead of at the potato bar, but we don't want to offend the vegans, now do we? LOL I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a great salad bar experience. Come hungry as it's a bit pricey for salad (since I don't eat pasta or potatoes) but the soups are really good. The cream of mushroom was to die for but it's only on Monday.

Always fresh, inviting, and superb! Great selection of salads, and make your own salad toppings. Well done homemade soups, muffins, and pasta that make you want more! Great for kids and very reasonably priced for families! The staff here were great to our family.

This is one of the nicest Sweet Tomatoes locations I've been to! Glad that it is near the PBI airport and easy to get to. The salad ingredients are fresh with lots of variety. The pasta bar, breads, muffins, and soups are great too. For dessert you can have fro yo, a brownie, muffin, jello, or pudding. Most people come with coupons. It is easy to get in and out of here for under $10 per person.

This is a fun, self serve, "all you can eat" type of place with a difference. You start out at a huge salad bar filled with the freshest produce and tasty salads. A wide variety of choices. Their broccoli salad and pickled beets are two of my favorites. In addition to the salads they have a broad selection of freshly made soups, chili, pizza, breads, specials, mac n' cheese, etc. Again, offering as much or as little as you'd like. Desserts include ice cream with a variety of toppings, bread pudding or similar, and an assortment of other choices. There are many additional healthy choices throughout the courses. The place is big, no frills and usually pretty busy. Their price is $8.89 for lunch but they often have coupons bringing the price down to $6.99. A screaming deal. It's quick, fresh, dirt cheap, delicious, and as healthy or bulking-up as you'd like it to be. Overall everything was extremely fresh and excellent value.

Get started at Sweet Tomatoes in West Palm Beach with creating your own (all you can eat) salad creation by moving down a massive 55ft salad bar with fresh, wholesome toppings and house made dressings. You can also choose from the 4 freshly tossed salads as well, or indulge in both! After creating your salad, there are also 8 home-made from scratch soups available (including an awesome chili), blueberry muffins, cornbread, a fat free bran muffin, brownie muffins, seasonal muffins, foccacias, baked and sweet potatoes, fresh breads, steamed rice, pasta, fresh steamed vegetables, and cold prepared deli salads - all made from scratch, fresh daily and all you can eat. Dont forget dessert! They always have fresh cut fruit, either mousse or pudding, and Edy's frozen yogurt with all kinds of toppings. This place is GREAT for the family, or even if passing through town for a quick meal. Sign up to their Club Veg (select West Palm location) and you'll get a coupon for a great deal. Lunch is only $8.59 and dinner is $9.99 and the coupons save you a few dollars off those prices! When you visit, tell them you're staying next door at the hotel for 10% off... ;)

Great place to have a salad. It's an all you can eat salad bar with a make your own salad option or an option to try one of the prepared salads. The menu changes each month to a different theme like Italian Greek etc. They have at least 4 or 5 soups and pastas pizzas breads potatoes white and sweet chili and I've cream all included. All all you can eat.

My parents took us kids to this place for lunch while we were visiting them over Christmas vacation. This is an all you can eat buffet of soups, salads and various baked goods. One comes in and starts on the amazing salad bar with every topping one can imagine to make your own salad. The ingredients are all really fresh, and there are even delicious pre-made salads for those who do not want to be bothered to make your own. One can add chicken to their salad for a few bucks extra and also buy a cookie along with that. After one pays, there are a variety of drinks; including milk, lemonade, mojito green tea, coffee, etc. There are 9 types of soup. My personal favorite was the cream of rosemary potato. Others with me also really liked the cheesy corn chowder and the creamy herbed turkey soup (it is like a holiday turkey meal in a soup, including dried cranberries - seriously!). Also please note these names of the soup may or may not be totally correct because the names are really long. There was also garlic focaccia and quattro formaggio focaccia. Another station had baked sweet potatoes and baked potatoes with all the trimmings. In particular, the honey whipped butter was delicious. Try it with one of the baked goods they have - blueberry muffins, sourdough bread, cornbread, bran roll, etc. There was also an ice cream station for dessert. And there is a pasta station with 2 types of pasta, pasta arrabbiatta and mac and cheese. Also steamed vegetables. The only reason I am only giving this place 3 stars is that it is a bit pricey for a mostly vegetarian all you can eat buffet. It is $8.35, I believe. We had coupons that made it a good deal, but otherwise, a bit pricey.

We like it!
